REFUND POLICY

Custom Orders

1. Refund Eligibility: A refund may be requested within 3 days of the purchase date if the product/service is not as described, defective, or not functioning as intended.

2. Deductions:
a. Level 1 - up to a 20% deduction: In the case of a refund request due to any reason within 3 days of placing order, up to a 20% deduction may be applied to cover administrative and transaction fees.

b. Level 2 - up to a 55% deduction: In the case of a refund request 24 hours after the approval of proof/art work/technical drawings, up to a 50% deduction may be applied to cover the cost of production, or other associated charges.

c. Level 3 - No Refund: In the case of a refund request after the production is completed.

3. Refund Procedure: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team through the designated channel. Please provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation. The refund amount will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved.

Please note that any refund requests received after the 3-day policy period may not be approved. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the products have already been dispatched/installed.

We hope that this policy assures you of our commitment to providing quality products/services while maintaining a fair refund policy.

Readymade Products:

We have a 7-day return policy on printed products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@branditt.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions to send back the product you are not satisfied with, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain customized prints and graphics cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
